My stay here was perfect. Everyone treated me with respect. The social workers were a big help, the nurses were very good, and everyone in the offices was great! I would recommend Saturn to anyone needing rehabilitation or a long-term stay.
Staff communication is awesome. I had no problem getting my needs met. The physical therapy care team is excellent. The wound care team took very good care of her dressings and cleaning of the wound. She no longer has any problems with her feet. Actually, she’s up and walking again, so kudos to the wound care team. If you have any problems, speak with the administration. You will get all your needs taken care of. Communication is very important with your loved ones being in a nursing facility.
My sister is a resident at this facility. Over the course of a year, she has experienced many changes, and I'm very grateful to see how her quality of life has improved greatly.
